Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and confirmation

Prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. Depending on the service, a deposit may be required to secure vehicles, tickets, rooms or operating staff.

2. Changes requested by you

Please contact us promptly if you need to change dates, guest numbers or itinerary details. We will check availability and advise you of any price difference before proceeding.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on the notice given and each supplier’s conditions. The applicable terms will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation. Admission tickets, flights, promotional rooms and services already paid to suppliers may be non-refundable.

4. No-show and unused services

No-shows and services voluntarily missed after travel begins are generally non-refundable. We will still try to assist where operating conditions allow.

5. Disruption beyond your control

If a service cannot operate safely, we may propose a new date, a suitable alternative or a refund of recoverable amounts after unavoidable costs.
