Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment methods

Payment may be made using the method stated in your quotation or booking confirmation. Transfers should use only the official account details supplied by Quang Da Trip.

2. Deposits and balances

The required deposit and balance deadline vary by service. Space is held only after the deposit is confirmed. Travellers are responsible for bank fees, card charges or currency conversion costs applied by their payment provider.

3. Refunds

Any refund is calculated under the cancellation terms confirmed for your booking and after deducting supplier costs that cannot be recovered. Once agreed, we normally process the refund within 7–15 business days; your bank may require additional time to credit it.

4. Invoices

Please provide invoice details before the final payment deadline. Invoices and supporting documents are issued in accordance with Vietnamese law.
